rasterly is a hosted web API (screenshot, HTML/URL to PDF, read to Markdown, extract to JSON, crawl and change-monitoring), operated from Georgia. Contact: hello@rasterly.dev. Payments and billing are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
rasterly provides an HTTP API that renders and reads web pages on your behalf — screenshots, PDFs, Markdown, structured extraction, crawling and change-monitoring. Access is authenticated with an API key issued to you.
You agree to use rasterly only for lawful purposes and only against content you are permitted to access. You must not use it to target private or internal infrastructure (requests to localhost, private, link-local and cloud-metadata ranges are refused by default), to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, to send spam, to distribute malware, or to circumvent access controls of third-party sites. We may suspend keys that abuse the service or degrade it for others.
You are responsible for keeping your API key secret and for all usage under it. A free tier is offered for evaluation; paid plans unlock higher volume. Quotas and prices are shown on rasterly.dev and may change with notice.
Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited as reseller and Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
We work to keep the API available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. rasterly is a young service; current live status is shown at rasterly.dev/status. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the API ends; these terms' limitations survive.

We use service providers to run rasterly, including our hosting provider, Paddle (payments and billing — Paddle processes your payment details directly; we never see full card numbers), and PostHog (site analytics). Each processes data only to provide their service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@rasterly.dev. We keep account and billing records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Because rasterly offers a free tier so you can fully evaluate the API before paying, paid plans are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. That said, we want you to be happy with the service:
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. To request one, contact hello@rasterly.dev or reply to your Paddle receipt.
